Genoskin at The American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, & Immunology (AAAAI) Annual Meeting 2026
Enabling non-clinical immune assessment through ex vivo human skin and mast cell models
Genoskin is excited to announce its participation in the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, & Immunology (AAAAI) Annual Meeting, one of the world’s leading scientific gatherings dedicated to allergy, asthma, and immunology research. The meeting brings together clinicians, academic researchers, and industry scientists to explore the latest advances in immune-mediated diseases and therapeutic innovation.
At this year’s meeting, Genoskin will be on site with a dedicated exhibition booth and a scientific poster presentation highlighting our human primary mast cell portfolio and its application in studying mast cell activation, degranulation, and immune mechanisms relevant to allergic and inflammatory responses.

Human primary mast cells as an advanced model for drug development: A reliable platform for assessing efficacy, toxicity, and safety
Late Breaking Poster Session II | Poster Board Level 2, Hall E
Poster #L66
Date & Time: Sunday, March 1st | 9:45AM
Mast cells are central regulators of allergic and inflammatory responses, making them a valuable human-relevant system to study drug-induced immune activation, toxicity, and therapeutic effects. Genoskin developed a standardized human primary mast cell platform derived from CD34⁺ progenitors and validated through phenotypic and functional assays, including FcεRI- and MRGPRX2-mediated activation. The cells exhibited a mature phenotype and robust, reproducible degranulation responses across donors. Together, these results demonstrate the platform’s utility for predictive, ethical, and translational evaluation of immune safety and efficacy in drug development.
