Anti-psoriasis efficacy testing for topical & injectable drugs

Explore InflammaSkin® for anti-psoriatic therapy testing

InflammaSkin® is a T cell–driven human skin inflammation model with a Th17/Th1 phenotype, designed to support the evaluation of anti-psoriatic therapies in a human-relevant context. The model can be used with topical, intradermal, or systemic-like treatment approaches and supports readouts including cytokine profiling, histological assessment, and spatial immune-cell analysis. Pharmacological testing with betamethasone showed reduced secretion of multiple pro-inflammatory cytokines, supporting the model’s responsiveness to immunomodulatory treatment.
