Genoskin at the EMBRN 12th International Conference
Advancing immunology and inflammatory skin research with human mast cells
We are excited to participate in the 12th International Conference of the European Mast Cell and Basophil Research Network (EMBRN), taking place from June 10–12, 2026, at the Van Swieten Saal, Medical University of Vienna, in Vienna, Austria.
As a leading international network dedicated to mast cell and basophil biology, EMBRN brings together researchers from academia, clinical science, and industry to share the latest advances in the understanding of mast cells, basophils, eosinophils, and related inflammatory mechanisms in health and disease.
This year, Genoskin will highlight how our human mast cells can help generate physiologically relevant data to better understand mast cell activation, inflammatory responses, and immune-mediated skin mechanisms.

Advancing mast cell research with a standardized human primary cell platform
Understanding mast cell activation in a human-relevant context
Mast cells play a central role in immune regulation, inflammation and allergic responses, making them highly relevant for immunology and safety research. Understanding their activation and mediator release is essential to characterize inflammatory pathways and evaluate the biological effects of new compounds, formulations, and therapeutic candidates.
Our human-relevant in vitro mast cells provide a controlled and reproducible approach to studying mast cell biology, degranulation, and mediator release. By generating mechanistic data in a human context, these immune cells support both academic and pharmaceutical research, from fundamental immunology to drug candidate evaluation, biologics, and safety testing.
